Chuck Strangers – Fresh

Where my life was wrong
Two hits from the bong, with my [?] gone
And my rhyme game strong, nigga

[*Instrumental Switch*]
[Verse 2]
I hit the [?] cypher now, God
That’s when I get anti-social
Curve them fake fucks, just like I’m supposed to
Can’t believe he had the nerve to approach you
I was posted up with shorty hard
Motherfuck some business cards
Nigga learn some etiquette
Left [?], then came up with some better shit
Kids from down bottom, how ironic they on top
While niggas was dick-riding and fucking name-dropping
I sent your bitch out with a list, to do some shopping
She got the DiGiorno, but she added extra toppings
And she added extra sloppin’s
Gave me head while I done dropped it
I’m like "you a fool, stop it"
If I could just chill, vibe and meditate
I get my mind strong enough to make a fucking fat bitch levitate
That’s Mayweather strong
They just hate that he on
Sun shining on this dawg’s ass
Woah, Chuck, pause that, they ‘gon think you comment on videos
That’s from a movie, you silly hoes [Verse 1]
I’m thinking father, you see kings
I need a crib and something that’s old, sitting on rims
It’s quiet for that Metro card
God if I could straight four, five, six
We could all get rich
Straight OD-ing, Flatbush
But my last bitch is OC-ing
They like "Chuck why is you leaving?"
Life’s a gamble bro, I’m tryna break even
Dodge heathens, ’cause nowadays, homies be scheming
Just chose a right team and
The power rules cyphers, stay pulling all-nighters
And these niggas not fire
Like a blunt with no lighter
I be the main supplier
They thought the crib was on Blue Hill Ave
The way he got bass like that
Chucky bust crazy dope moves
They tryna tell me that I lose
Screaming "Fuck some winners!", I ride for niggas that’s losing
Down on Ocean cruising
Where dealers don’t deal, and users keep using
I wrote this on my born-day
21 with no court dates
We was posted up, watching Places right?

Charlie Puth – How Long

[Intro]
Alright
Ooh, yeah
[Verse 1]
I’ll admit, I was wrong
What else can I say, girl? You’ve been actin’ so shady (shady)
I’ve been feelin’ it lately, baby
[Refrain]
Ooo-oh, yeah
Ooo-oh, encore
Oooh-ooh-oh

[Verse 2]
I’ll admit, it’s my fault
But you gotta believe me
When I say it only happened once, hmm
I tried and I tried, but you’ll never see that
You’re the only I wanna love, oh, yeah
[Pre-Chorus]
She said "Boy, tell me honestly (honestly)
Was it real or just for show?" (real or just for show)
She said "Save your apologies (apologies, yeah)
Baby, I just gotta know"
[Chorus]
How long has this been goin’ on? You’ve been actin’ so shady (shady)
I’ve been feelin’ it lately, baby
(Ooo-oh, yeah)
How long has this been goin’ on? Can’t you break my head and not my heart? I was drunk, I was gone, that don’t make it right but
I promise there were no feelings involved, mmm
[Pre-Chorus]
She said "Boy, tell me honestly
Was it real or just for show?" Yeah
She said "Save your apologies
Baby, I just gotta know"
[Chorus]
How long has this been goin’ on? You’ve been actin’ so shady (shady)
I’ve been feelin’ it lately, baby (baby)
[Refrain]
Ooo-oh, yeah
Ooo-oh, encore
Oooh-ooh-oh
How long has this been going on, baby? (Ooh, encore)
(You gotta go tell me now)
(Oooh-ooh-oh)
You’ve been actin’ so shady (shady)
I’ve been feelin’ it lately, baby (on, on)
You’ve been creepin’ ’round on me (on me)
While you’re callin’ me baby (baby)
How long has this been goin’ on? (Ooh, encore)
You’ve been creepin’ ’round on me
(Oooh-ooh-oh)
How long has it been goin’ on, baby? Ooo-oh, yeah
Ooo-oh, you gotta go tell me now
Oooh-ooh-oh
La la, la la
[Bridge]
She said "Boy, tell me honestly
Was it real or just for show?" Yeah
She said "Save your apologies
Baby, I just gotta know"
[Outro]
How long has this been going on? Oh
(Ooo-oh)
How long has this been goin’ on? You’ve been creepin’ ’round on me (on me)
While you’re callin’ me baby (baby)
How long has this been goin’ on? You’ve been creepin’ ’round on me

Weezer – Weekend Woman

Hey look who’s here
This place is not my home
A change has got to come
Face hot with tears
How was I supposed to know
The ABCs of love
Salvation lies within
Don’t ask me what I did
When God made her, he threw away the formula
We fell in love on a Sunday
By Monday morning, I drifted away
All I want is to see her
All I want is to reach my weekend woman
Just can’t seem to get back there
I’m getting stuck in the weekday traffic
All I want is to see her
All I want is to reach my weekend woman
Get in, get out
No time for poetry
You can’t change people’s minds
I’ll meet you there
Your walls are painted green
Our minds have intertwined
Was this your parting gift
Black eye and bloody lip
10 years from now, I still remember every word
We fell in love on a Sunday
By Monday morning, I drifted away
All I want is to see her
All I want is to reach my weekend woman
Just can’t seem to get back there
I’m getting stuck in the weekday traffic
All I want is to see her
All I want is to reach my weekend woman
I still believe your beautiful life
You don’t have to die to go to heaven
I still believe your beautiful life
It almost makes me feel young again
We fell in love on a Sunday
By Monday morning, I drifted away
All I want is to see her
All I want is to reach my weekend woman
Just can’t seem to get back there
I’m getting stuck in the weekday traffic
All I want is to see her
All I want is to reach my weekend woman
All I want is to reach my weekend woman
All I want is to reach my weekend woman

The Academic – Bear Claws (Looper Version) (Live)

You’re just a late-night girl, calling to the phone,
She never really loved you so just leave her alone,
Your mama says it’s over when you come through the door,
Saying "that’s enough of you now won’t you shut your mouth,
that’s enough of you, kid, now you’re going South, love."
Eh, woah, I’ll never let you go,
Eh, woah, I’ll never let you go,
Eh, woah, I’ll never let you go,
Eh, woah, I’ll never let you go (go rip your heart out tonight),
Eh, woah, I’ll never let you go. Just a late-night girl, calling to the phone,
She never really loved you so just leave her alone,
Your mama says it’s over when you come through the door,
Saying "that’s enough of you now won’t you shut your mouth",
Eh, woah, I’ll never let you go,
Eh, woah, I’ll never let you go. Just a late-night girl, calling to the phone,
She never really loved you so just leave her alone,
your mama says it’s over when you come through the door,
Saying "that’s enough of you now won’t you shut your mouth",
Eh, woah, I’ll never let you go,
Eh, woah, I’ll never let you go. You don’t have to be cool to make me shiver,
Look in my eyes, can I make this any clearer? You say goodbye as if you’re leaving on a plane,
You’ve seen the clouds and how the shapes are so strange,
But not a boy in the backseat, staying in the backseat,
Tryin’ to make sense of it all,
Saying "we were such a good thing, we were such a good thing,
how could you let this fall?"
Take all my money and meet me on the sidewalk,
If you don’t show then I’ll know. I know it’s a little old-fashioned,
Holding hands, now start your romancin’,
Show me all your flaws,
Show me your bear claws,
Go rip your heart out tonight. Eh, woah, I’ll never let you go,
Eh, woah, I’ll never let you go,
Show me all your flaws, show me your bear claws,
Go rip your heart out tonight.

Audio Push – Grits

They said they put us on a black list
Couldn’t tell got back in
Now we call that black magic
She hit the pole pay the bills
I don’t judge, don’t judge
Everywhere I go I show love, everywhere I go I blow buds
I don’t go to no clubs
Gotta be somebody birthday
Your best day my worst day
I dress like it’s first day
Focus in the work place
Put it all in my face
Got it all back there girl
Don’t let it all go to waste
Just landed with a fly camera
You swerve the ship, I’m a Titanic
When I go down, do not panic
Take you out your body I’m outstanding

[Chorus: Price]
Rock the boat, swerve the ship
Make it hot, stir the grits
Yeah rock the pole, swerve the ship
Make it hot, stir the grits
Yeah rock the pole, swerve the ship
Make it hot, stir the grits
Yeah rock the pole, swerve the ship
Make it hot, stir the grits [Chorus: Price]
Rock the boat, swerve the ship
Make it hot, stir the grits
Yeah rock the pole, swerve the ship
Make it hot, stir the grits
Yeah rock the pole, swerve the ship
Make it hot, stir the grits
Yeah rock the pole, swerve the ship
Make it hot, stir the grits
[Verse 1: Price]
Met me a lil gypsy that like incense and getting tipsy
Choosing on your fella ’cause I remind her of Mandela
Jacob on I’m flexing in, but this ain’t the Old Testament
Oktane, I’m still rapping with
I can’t tell you where rest them went
Damn but I’m still alive, thank the man up high
When I’m high, sitting inside my ride I’m still a stand-up guy
Look how they come after you when you never bruised
Look at all the friends you lose when you tell the truth
Back against the wall still feel a hundred feet tall
Versace on my drawers, like Lavar’s sons I ball
Been a boss since 16 I moved out my mothers
Baby got her own green so we smoked each other out
Picked her up in Carson, we don’t fuck with Ben Carson
VVS on glow, better resurrect your soul
Work them hips, stir them grits
Country fried, shake that shit
Ah ah ah ah, it’s quiet for that hatin’ shit

[Chorus: Price]
Rock the boat, swerve the ship
Make it hot, stir the grits
Yeah rock the pole, swerve the ship
Make it hot, stir the grits
Yeah rock the pole, swerve the ship
Make it hot, stir the grits
Yeah rock the pole, swerve the ship
Make it hot, stir the grits
[Verse 2: Oktane]
She thicker than a snicker and that thang got that grip
Don’t need no Lamborghini just Mustang that’s that whip
They hate on you then shake your hand, damn that’s that shit
We coming in, busting through the line, that’s that bliss
Smooth nigga with the best flow
By the time you get it it’s a retro
Up down, up down
She go up down up down
New sound what now?

The Shins – Cherry Hearts

[Verse 1]
You’re not wanting anybody wanting you
I get it, all is fair
But I’ve been biting all my cherry hearts in two
You don’t even care
Won’t you ever come down from the big rock I found you climbing
Stowing your diamonds away
[Chorus]
You kissed me once
When we were drunk
It left me spinning on my heels
Called the devil for a deal
You kissed me once
When we were drunk
My head went rolling on the floor
Past the window, out the door
[Verse 2]
Once I said it I knew I would regret it too
It’s just too much to share
Now you’re fading, sailing in the night
For the boy who wasn’t there
I’m a practical guy
But sometimes I can fly off the handle
Thinking in scandalous ways
I’ve never done time
But I’ve done the crime of wanting
Something that never could stay

[Chorus]
You kissed me once
When we were drunk
It left me spinning on my heels
Called the devil for a deal
You kissed me once
When we were drunk
And now I’m nervous when we meet
I got nothing under my feet
[Outro]
You kissed me once
When we were drunk
It left me spinning on my heels
Called the devil for a deal
You kissed me once
When we were drunk
My head went rolling on the floor
Past the window, out the door

Because of the way CF affects his digestion, bulking up is particularly difficult for Mr Dyson.”We have to eat double the amount of calories, on average, to just maintain weight,” he said.”You’re eating upwards of 4,000 calories a day just to try to maintain the weight, which is why I have to eat those high-in-fats foods.”That’s the hardest thing, to put on the size.”While he said he was still awhile away from being ready to compete in bodybuilding, he is enjoying the journey and sharing it on social media to raise awareness of CF.”Every single time I meet someone I have to explain what cystic fibrosis is.”We fly under the radar majorly because there is not necessarily any physical symptoms unless we’re in a degenerative state.”As much as I love this whole bodybuilding scene, I’m starting to become a budding YouTuber.”I’m heavy on the social media side more than the competition side.”

Jack Dyson says he felt like an outcast growing up with CF. Once you see that, you just keep going.”Mr Dyson said his CF affected his training but he had realised everyone had their own battles when it came to fitness and building muscle.”When I first started I was very hard on myself.”Then I realised that each person has their own individual path that they’re going down.”My body might not react the same way to training as their body, and I might not get as big as this person because my genetic structure is not like this person.”
