With the need for storage space high on the agenda, the Roundabout Canberra team was delighted when Eastlake Sports Club in Kaleen offered up space for the group’s base.”The club has given us 200 square metres of storage space as headquarters for Roundabout and it’s rent free,” Ms Andrevski said.”Rotary Belconnen then raised the money to pay for a whole lot of supplies for us. (ABC Canberra: Hannah Walmsley)
Ms Andrevski had previously donated baby goods to Karinya House, a local community support service for mothers and babies.”They really do need good-quality donations but just don’t always have the resources to deal with donations when they all come in at once,” she said.It didn’t take long for Ms Andrevski to learn she wasn’t alone.”I just kept discovering that so many other families were in the same situation.”They all had really great things they wanted to donate but didn’t know where they could donate to. (ABC Canberra: Hannah Walmsley)
Roundabout Canberra will hold a donation day at The Sports Club, Kaleen on April 29 from 10:00am to noon.”People can drop off goods on that day but we don’t accept drop-offs without warning outside that window,” Ms Andrevski said.Donations made outside the donation day can be made by contacting Roundabout Canberra and interested volunteers can also inquire via email. When Hannah Andrevski wanted to pass on her pre-loved baby goods to people in need, it wasn’t as easy as she expected. The Canberra mother of two contacted a long list of local community support networks hoping she could donate a collection of items in excellent condition.”Many of the community groups just didn’t have the capacity to store things,” she said. (ABC Canberra: Hannah Walmsley)
“Canberra has a really interesting mix of comfortable middle-class families and people who are in desperate need of support.”Inspired by Melbourne-based group St Kilda Mums and the Dandelion Support Network in Sydney, Ms Andrevski pulled together of team of mothers from among friends and women in her parents’ group. In just a few months the volunteer not-for-profit team Roundabout Canberra launched and is working with local organisations including Barnardos, the Canberra Hospital, Karinya House and Child and Youth Protection. “We take donations from members of the public and then pass them onto social services who have clients in need,” Ms Andrevski said.”We don’t pass anything on directly to individuals that need the items, so our relationships with the services are really important.”While most of the organisations we’re working with have issues around space and storage of donated goods, they have also been restricted by concerns around the safety of second-hand items.”Ms Andrevski said the aim of Roundabout Canberra was to take on that responsibility.”Using a thorough safety checklist, we safety check any item that is governed by a mandatory safety standard,” she said.”That’s taken a lot of pressure off the community groups we work with.”They know that the items that we give out are safe, in good working order, clean and have been checked.”

Photo:
Baby clothes in excellent condition come and go from the Roundabout Canberra headquarters en masse. “They also covered the cost of materials to build shelving that the local Men’s Shed built.”It’s a grassroots project that Ms Andrevski hopes will continue to grow when she returns to work this month.”We’re all working mums and so it’ll be interesting to see how we go as many of us return to work from maternity leave.”We’ll have to find a way to make it work but the effort so far has been fantastic.”The Dandelion Support Network have been so helpful to us and given us so much advice; that has been really crucial.”

Blindness no impairment to being ‘naughty’ behind the wheel

Her first job was operating telephone switchboards, and after retirement she went back to university and retrained as a social worker. In 2014 Ms Skurnik was awarded an Order of Australia for her voluntary services to the vision-impaired community and she has also authored three books. I couldn’t handle the fact that I was such an active, vital person as a young girl and all of a sudden I find myself just doing nothing.”Determined to overcome her blindness, Ms Skurnik found work and got herself a guide dog which dramatically increased her mobility. When Lilly Skurnik was asked if she would like the opportunity to go for a drive, she was ecstatic to learn she’d be the one taking control of the wheel. While most people would probably not be excited by such an invitation, Ms Skurnik is completely blind.”It’s something that I always wanted to do. Photo:
Ms Skurnik was “naughty” and took the car over the limit during her time on the track. I was so grateful that they selected me as one of the people,” she said. The 87-year-old was taking part in the fourth annual Angus Suttor Memorial Driving Day held by not-for-profit organisation Vision Australia. She was one of 50 people with blindness or low vision to take part in a drive around Sydney’s Eastern Creek Raceway. The free event commemorates a former Vision Australia client who was a keen motorsport fan who died after battling a terminal illness.Overcoming blindnessMs Skurnik began losing her vision at the age of 14 when a brain tumour crushed her optic nerve. It was after a second operation to remove the tumour that she awoke to discover she had lost her sight.Initially, it greatly impacted on her joy in life.”I used to ice skate, I danced, I played the piano.”I opted out of life altogether itself. (Supplied: Vision Australia)
Mr Partridge said the experience of being able to do a few laps around the track was immensely satisfying.”It was remarkable because I didn’t expect to ever do that again,” he said.Michael Simpson, general manager at Vision Australia, said the event gave vision-impaired people a driving experience in a managed and safe environment.”It’s just a demonstration that people that are blind love the same sorts of things in life as anyone else whether you can see or not,” he said.”Some people were getting up over 100 [kilometres per hour], so I can imagine some of the passengers were biting their fingernails a bit.” “They were all on different stages of my life; it’s like a trilogy.”Taking control on the trackWith a driving instructor guiding her through every turn, Ms Skurnik navigated the twisting four-kilometre racetrack.”The driving was great; I think I’m a person that likes to be in control and this is how I felt, that I was in control for a change.”Not that I was going very far with it, but I went over the limit; Oh, that was naughty.”A few of my friends came with me and said they had never seen such a smile on anyone’s face.”A chance to return to the wheelFellow participant Tony Partridge has only had sight in one eye for his entire life.A former amateur race club member, Mr Partridge was able to drive up until four years ago when he started losing vision in his other eye.

Strangers help support-filled esky make 3,500km pub crawl to Comm Games

“We went there with an intention to come home with a great result and that didn’t come about,” Whetton said.”We’re looking forward to getting out there and playing a new style of hockey and it’s been working for us over the past 12 to 18 months.”He said the esky arrived at a good time for the team.”Whoever was involved with the esky, we can’t thank you enough.” Photo:
Complete strangers saw the esky travel over the Queensland border. “I was just listening to people who picked it up: backpackers, German people, guys who were bushwalking through the middle of nowhere, caravans, trucks and transport companies,” he said.”The journey’s been fantastic.”He put in a call to his son, who was set to compete at the Games. But would it make it all the way solely on the kindness of strangers?”I want to say yeah, but it probably won’t,” Ryan, who carried the esky along a remote stretch of highway in the Barkly Tableland, said.”You don’t know who’s out there.””I’m just going to give it to the least dodgy person that comes into the pub this morning,” Kelly, a bartender in the remote Queensland town McKinlay, said.Somewhat remarkably, the esky eventually wound up in Charleville where it seemed to vanish for several days.Margaret Stapleton took the item the farthest when she transported it from the outback Queensland town to Brisbane. (Supplied)
The messages come at an appropriate time for the high-performing men’s hockey team as they work to save face following disappointment at the 2016 Rio Olympics. (Supplied)
“Dad rang me and said, ‘Guess what: I’ve picked up an esky from Jimboomba’,” Jacob Whetton said.”He went and got it and delivered it to myself and to Jeremy Hayward who’s from Darwin, so it was really special for him as well to have a little bit of the NT down in the Gold Coast.”To have a look at all the support messages inside the esky was pretty cool.”

Photo:
Students at Blackall’s St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School had a field day with the esky. (Supplied)
It was laden with stickers, postcards and messages by the time Tom Whetton, whose son Jacob also plays for the Kookaburras, heard a call-out on ABC Radio Brisbane to take the esky on its final leg to the Commonwealth Games. Photo:
Michelle helped the esky travel south from Darwin on the Stuart Highway.

Here are the stops the esky made on its 3,500km journey
Photo:
The esky stopped at the iconic outback pub in Larrimah, population 10. Darwin’s own version of a Commonwealth Games baton relay has completed a journey almost as impressive as the actual event, and far more unlikely.Instead of a baton, the nominated object was an esky. And instead of delegates, the esky travelled along its outback route with help from a motley group of about 20 truckers, publicans and travellers.By the time it reached the Gold Coast on Thursday, it was filled with fishing lures, messages of support for athletes and stubby coolers from the umpteen country pubs it passed through.Men’s hockey player Jeremy Hayward, who was raised in Darwin and plays for the Kookaburras, was one of three people to unpack the esky with relish yesterday. Photo:
Curious cattle near Mataranka in the NT give the esky their blessing. (Supplied)
“No disrespect to the baton, but there are a lot of messages in here and some proud people back in the Territory and also Queensland supporting us,” Hayward said.”They’ve just dropped in stuff as they go, I think — little tokens of respect and support, and it’s very special to me.”He said he appreciated the stubby coolers, while one of his team-mates said he might put the lures to use. (Supplied)
“It reminds me of home, really — how laidback and relaxed they are,” Hayward said. But the esky’s journey to the Gold Coast was jeopardised at various legs of its mammoth voyage.Over its five-week journey, the esky spent days languishing in country towns, was threatened by floodwaters when heavy rain cut off roads in western Queensland, and encountered fears that it would continue south to Alice Springs. ABC Radio Darwin put a phone in the esky and set its listeners the challenge of carrying the item interstate. It got off to an uninspiring start, idling for several days at a service station just 18 kilometres down the road from its starting point.”I couldn’t believe it was such a struggle,” Michelle, who ferried the package about 400 kilometres to Mataranka, said.”I thought, ‘Come on Territorians, we’re on the road all the time going to towns and regional centres’.”Daily check-ins traced the item’s stop-start journey through the outback.

Aussie generosity restores South Africans’ faith at Comm Games

(ABC Gold Coast: Elise Kinsella)
Ms Smith’s husband Chris said it had restored his faith in human nature.”I’m a little bit overwhelmed by the generosity of people, It brings back the good things in life rather than all the bad things,” he said. But he could not help bringing up Australia’s recent cricketing shame.”It’s not true what people say about you Australians,” he joked. He said Australians had a reputation for being “very arrogant, very cocksure of themselves if that is a phrase I could use, and just very brash”.But Mr Smith said that was not what he had experienced on the Gold Coast. He said he hoped former Australian captain Steve Smith could redeem himself once his ban for ball tampering ended. Obstetrician Genevieve Bishop heard the family’s story and called to offer four tickets.”The generosity is just amazing. For someone who we don’t know at all to give us these tickets, we are really very, very excited,” Ms Smith said. The family has since bought two tickets that were being sold online and had another ticket donated to them.”We’re up to seven and number eight is a tiny one so he doesn’t need a ticket, so we’re all in,” Ms Smith said. Photo:
Genevieve Bishop has given tickets to the Commonwealth Games hockey to Chris and Priscilla Smith so they can watch their son, after their own tickets fell through. Two weeks after Australia was caught cheating in a cricket Test match, a Gold Coast doctor has done her bit to make it up to a South African family at the Commonwealth Games.South African mum Priscilla Smith was devastated when she was told tickets her family had been promised by the South African Hockey Association to watch her son play hockey in the Games on the Gold Coast were no longer available.”We were so downhearted when we realised we wouldn’t be able to watch Austin play, and we had come all this way,” she said. But Ms Smith was determined to see her son in action, so she contacted ABC Radio on the Gold Coast to see if any listeners could help.

Bringing people together one beach sculpture at a time

He said many people stopped to leaf through the book, and it was surprising to read how his creations had uplifted people and helped strangers connect.”I think one of the really lovely things about it is that when people stop and look at it, then somebody else stops and then they get into conversation, and a lot of times people say they met people that way.”The artworks are also the backdrop of many selfies and family beach snaps.”He’s made a positive difference to this community,” a Port Macquarie resident said.”It’s great seeing this man come down and share this creativity and watching people share the work. (Supplied: Rick Thomson-Jones)
Artworks a labour of loveMr Thomson-Jones said he spent hours creating his beach artworks.”I do them at night-time and try and finish by daylight, and normally I put in at least five hours. (Supplied: Annette Grant)
Often dressed in a kaleidoscope of colours, Mr Thomson-Jones always makes time to chat with locals and visitors, and sometimes leaves a blank book out for people to leave comments. Quirky beach creations made by a man affectionately referred to as Rainbow Rick are bringing a community together and, in some cases, restoring people’s faith in humanity.Rick Thomson-Jones moved to the New South Wales mid-north coast from Queensland about two years ago.He began creating outdoor art on Port Macquarie’s popular Shelly Beach to mark events and public holidays, including Australia Day, Easter and Anzac Day.In a world that is increasingly busy and complicated, Mr Thomson-Jones’s beach sculptures appear to be capturing imaginations and bringing out the best in people. (ABC News: Emma Siossian.) I figure if it gives people a smile it’s worthwhile,” he said.”It’s surprising that silly little simple things can give pleasure and it gives me a smile too.”

Sculptures started as a gift for an elderly mateMr Thomson-Jones first created an outdoor sculpture while he was in Queensland caring for his father.”I was caring for my father up at Sandgate in Queensland and he was in the beachfront area and couldn’t walk with his mates, so I did a funny little thing they could see near the water for one of their birthdays,” he said.”They got enjoyment from it, and I saw others got enjoyment from them as well, and that’s how I started.”

No art trainingDespite his passion for sharing outdoor art with the community, Mr Thomson-Jones has no formal art training.”I found my old school report from high school and I failed art,” he said.”But I think everybody’s an artist in one way or other.”

Photo:
Rick Thomson-Jones always makes time to stop and chat with locals and visitors, loving the connections between people. “It gives people a smile for sure, that’s why I do it. Sometimes it will take me all night,” he said.He also makes subtle changes to his quirky sculptures over a period of days so they are constantly evolving.Fortunately, people seem to appreciate and respect his works.”I hardly ever have incidents where people muck it up,” he said.”A lady said to me at my first sculpture on Australia Day, that to see it remain untouched had improved her outlook on people.”

I’m back on the Gucci, I’m back and she wet like jacuzzi
I’m back with a three piece, (back with a three piece, back with a three piece) they know that they know it, L.A. they know that they know it
[Chorus: Future]
Back goin’ brazy (Yey), I whip the Mercedes (Yey yey)
I’m back goin’ brazy (Yey yey), I whip the Mercedes (Skrr Skrr)
I’m back goin’ brazy (I’m back goin’ brazy), I’m back goin’ brazy (I’m back goin’ brazy)
I’m back goin’ brazy (I’m back, I’m back), I’m back goin’ brazy
I’m back on the bullshit, I’m back on that Pucci
I’m back on the Gucci, I’m back and she wet like jacuzzi
I’m back with a three piece, I’m back with the Uzi
[Verse 3: Future]
My man kickin’ shit like he Bruce Lee
She bad, she on duty, I’m back makin’ movies
Kick back and boolin’, what’s brackin’?

Hayley Kiyoko – Curious (On Jimmy Kimmel) (Live)

Forget to bring a jacket, wrap up in him cause you wanted to? Forget to bring a jacket, wrap up in him cause you wanted to? [Pre-Chorus]
I’m just on the floor, I’m like a model
Been looking through the texts and all the photos
But don’t you worry, I can handle it
No, don’t you worry, I can handle it
[Chorus]
If you let him touch ya, touch ya, touch ya, touch ya, touch ya, touch ya (yeah)
The way I used to, used to, used to, used to, used to, used to (yeah)
Did you take him to the pier in Santa Monica? I’m just curious, is it serious? [Bridge]
I’m just on the floor, I’m like a model
Been looking through the texts and all the photos
But don’t you worry I can handle it
No, don’t you worry I can handle it
If you let him, if you let him
[Chorus]
If you let him touch ya, touch ya, touch ya, touch ya, touch ya, touch ya (yeah)
The way I used to, used to, used to, used to, used to, used to (yeah)
Did you take him to the pier in Santa Monica? You say you wanted me, but you’re sleeping with him
You think of me, I’m what you see
When you look at the sky
I don’t believe you
You ain’t been loving me right (yeah)

[Pre-Chorus]
I’m just on the floor, I’m like a model
Been looking through the texts and all the photos
But don’t you worry I can handle it
No, don’t you worry I can handle it
[Chorus]
If you let him touch ya, touch ya, touch ya, touch ya, touch ya, touch ya (yeah)
The way I used to, used to, used to, used to, used to, used to (yeah)
Did you take him to the pier in Santa Monica? I’m just curious, is it serious? I’m just curious, is it serious? [Verse 2]
Calling me up, so late at night
Are we just friends? I’m just curious, is it serious? I’m just curious, is it serious? Forget to bring a jacket, wrap up in him cause you wanted to? [Verse 1]
Yeah
I need a drink, whiskey ain’t my thing
But shit is all good
I can handle things- like I wish that you would
You’ve been out of reach, could you explain? I’m just curious, is it serious? Forget to bring a jacket, wrap up in him cause you wanted to? Who’s been loving you good? I think that you should
What you been up to? If you let him touch ya, touch ya, touch ya, touch ya, touch ya, touch ya (yeah)
The way I used to, used to, used to, used to, used to, used to (yeah)
Did you take him to the pier in Santa Monica?

Post Malone – Stay (Live)

We’re never wrong, how the hell we gonna make it? Maybe we’re used to this
Tell me, what are we to do
It’s like we only play to lose
Chasin’ pain with an excuse
I love that shit and so do you
[Refrain]
But don’t break your back for me
I’ll put you out of your misery
[Chorus]
Tell me that it’s all okay (tell me that it’s all okay)
I’ve been waitin’ on this all damn day (waitin’ on this all damn day)
Call me in the mornin’, tell me how last night went
I’m here, but don’t count on me to stay
[Guitar Solo]
Mr. Can we have a little conversation? Andrew Watt, ladies and gentlemen
[Chorus]
Tell me that it’s all okay (tell me that it’s all okay)
I’ve been waitin’ on this all damn day (waitin’ on this all damn day)
Call me in the mornin’, tell me how last night went
I’m here, but don’t count on me to stay Figure it out with no intoxication
We carry on, what is our motivation? [Verse 1]
It’s true that all that you know is all that you are
You said that it’s all that you want and more
Fuck off and pour another drink
And tell me what you think
You know that I’m too drunk to talk right now
You put your cigarette out on my face
So beautiful, please woman
[Refrain]
Don’t break your back for me
I’ll put you out of your misery
[Chorus]
Tell me that it’s all okay (tell me that it’s all okay)
I’ve been waitin’ on this all damn day (waitin’ on this all damn day)
Call me in the mornin’, tell me how last night went
I’m here, but don’t count on me to…
[Verse 2]
Stay a little longer if you convince me
You tell me all the things that you have against me
Every time we make up, the truth is faded
Everybody’s blind when the view’s amazin’
Damn, who are we right now?

ASAP Rocky – A$Ap Forever (feat. Moby)

[Intro: A$AP Rocky]
Gang, gang, gang
[Chorus: A$AP Rocky]
They talkin’ down on my name, don’t let ’em run off with the name
Man I just run with the gang, A$AP boys came with the flame
Gang, gang, they talkin’ down on the gang
They wanna rep with the name, but this ain’t no regular name
Gang, gang, they tryna run with the name
I might pull up with three K, but I do not fuck with no Klan
Gang gang, them boys not flexin’ the same
I’m done with adjustin’ to fame, pull up on your set, leave a stain
Gang, gang, I tell her come fuck with the gang
I tell ’em don’t fuck with the gang
It’s time to fuck up the whole game! [Verse: A$AP Rocky]
Come fuck with the Mob, shout out to the Lords and the Gods
In love with my bitch cause she bi
My ice like the stars, I tell that bitch, "Cover your eyes
Cause smokin’ with me, you go blind"
She losin’ her mind, we kiss to Frank Ocean and Blonde
Convincin’ my bitch to go blonde
Was born in the dark, I can’t even open my blinds
On Yams and that’s word to my mom
Margiela Mad Man with cases I’m still tryna beat
A bunch of shit from a long time ago
The bigger they are, the harder they fall
Like dominos, nigga, Geronimos
When it’s my time to go, adios, vamonos
Flacko no Dominicano but eat the tostones with platanos
Dealing with life and its highs and lows
I’m just livin’ like I’m supposed
I guess it’s called livin’, shit I suppose
I’m on my live alone, die VLONE
You talk about spending or buyin’ clothes
I’m ’bout my business but I’m alone
I still had the vision when I was broke, fuckin’ on bitches and foreign hoes
Flyin’ out womens to borin’ shows, I pray to God I don’t overdose
I put A$AP on my tat, I put New York on the map
I put the gang on the flame, they gon’ remember the name
They robbin’ boys for the chain, I got Goyard by the sack
I got the boof by the pack, I fucked your boo in her back
[Chorus: A$AP Rocky]
Gang, gang, them boys not flexing the same
I’m done with adjusting to fame, pull up on your set, leave a stain
Gang, gang, I tell her come fuck with the gang
I tell ’em don’t fuck with the gang
It’s time to fuck up the whole game! (Game, game, game, game)
[Bridge: A$AP Rocky & Khloe Anna]
Gang, gang
They tryna front on the gang, they gon’ remember my name
True to truth somehow (gang, gang)
But never truly lied at all, then and now
They tryna front on the gang
Truth somehow
Gang, A$AP boys come with the flame
But never truly lied at all, then and now
True to truth somehow
But never truly lied at all, then and now
[Outro: Khloe Anna & Moby]
True to truth somehow
But never truly lied at all, then and now
True to truth somehow
But never truly lied at all, then and now
True to truth somehow
But never truly lied at all, then and now
True to truth somehow
But never truly lied at all, then and now
In my dreams, I’m dying all the time
True to truth somehow
But never truly lied at all, then and now
Then I wake, it’s kaleidoscopic mind
But never truly lied at all
But never truly lied at all, then and now
I never meant to hurt you (then and now)
I never meant to lie

Eric Bellinger – Yikes

[Intro]
This is the E-mix, this is the E-mix, yeah
And this gon’ be your favorite song
[Verse 1]
Memories don’t die but I can’t say the same for you
I been on a positive vibe but this I had to do
I’m down for gettin’ dirty, boy, I came from the trenches
Too pussy to say my name but I heard the description
The shoe fit so I put a outfit on that match it perfect
This shit was a Eazy Call, ain’t no need for hearses
Give ’em what they demand
Bury you where you stand
What kinda nigga is proud to copy another man? First time you stole my shit, I nevermind it, wasn’t stressin
Second time you did it, okay now this needs addressing
Like any artist with my craft, I work hard
I thought you would understand but you was focused on the car
(Are you stupid?)
I don’t know a person that could make it through the challenges
I see on a daily nigga, you don’t know how bad it is
We live in a day and age where they don’t know what talent is
Yo’ only talent is mimicking anyone that’s talented
Released a couple singles to your fans, you was red hot
Surely had a change of heart the day after your album dropped
Stole a vibe from Trey Songz, took a flow from K-Dot
Kinda sound like Fetty Wap
Dammit, Tory, when will it stop? (To be honest with you, I take from a lot of musicians)
[Chorus]
And that Eazy Call on the way
Eazy Call on the way
You should stay the fuck out my way
Get the fuck out my lane
[Verse 2]
Fast forward second album, you still on that same shit
Every other rap verse suckin’ on that Drake dick
It’s all bad for you, I’m sympathetic
You even stole the song you dissed me on, that shit pathetic
(I don’t give a f—, stole from all you…)
You don’t put no fear in me, nigga
Next time you in the city of angels keep that same energy, nigga
Don’t back paddle from the smoke ’cause I’ll bring it that’s true shit
It’s war time, best believe we ain’t on no truce shit
Before yo’ next move, think twice
‘Cause that bum ass album you got could be yo’ life
That’s on Christ, it’s plenty ways it could go
I put a couple grand on your head
Have some of your old friends become new foes
For me the goons pull up packin’ pieces and kill things
Drop you like a bad connection, you know it’s the real thing
With stains on your shirt, screamin’ out "It hurt"
First you hear that yak yak then after that skrt skrt
As I recall, I been that nigga
When it come to disrespect, I don’t accept that, nigga
Your temperature, I’ma check that, nigga
You Wesley Johnson
This that hesitation before that Harden step back, nigga
It’s Eazy
[Chorus]
And that Eazy Call on the way
Eazy Call on the way
You should stay the fuck out my way
Get the fuck out my lane
Said that Eazy Call on the way
Eazy Call on the way
You should stay the fuck out my way
Get the fuck out my lane
[Verse 3]
Hol’ up, hol’ up
Got some more, got some more shit to say
I could take the credit for a lot of niggas’ style
But I got my pub so I’m good for a while
You gon’ have to do more than just say it
If it weren’t for Interscope, yo’ records wouldn’t be playin
You split up your checks like 150 ways
While I’m just signed to myself like JAY-Z
Hella plaques on the wall
Grammy talk, Grammy talk
April 6th, April 6th
Eazy Call, Eazy Call on the way, on the way
Yikes
[Outro]
You should prolly just chill, bro
Just chill, take a L
You gettin’ bodied by a singin’ nigga

NBA YoungBoy – Through The Storm

[Chorus]
Through the night when it be stormin’
Hopin’ everything could clear up by the morning
Niggas tellin’ lies so I gotta be honest
Ask me for to tell it, you know that I’ma run it
Turned up like you want it, we pulled up on that dumb shit
Flexin’ on these niggas, pockets full of blue hundreds
Ain’t no goin’ back, you know I’m gon’ keep it comin’
Ain’t no time to wait, so nigga play, we gon’ burn him
[Verse 1]
Today Friday so you know we on that Clyde and Dodo
I got black and white bitches knockin’ at my door though
I’m in the middle of the room posted with a .44
I got it out in case a nigga wanna take a photo
Remember me and 3Three we used to ride up in a stolo
Now I’m in a two-door coupe, it used to be a four-door
Don’t pay for cable, he want static, tell him let me know though
I’m quick to let a nigga have it, you know I’ma blow though
Late at night I used to sneak out my grandfather window
And I was coolin’ on a flight, and I was hittin’ them licks though
Wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be shit, so I ain’t gotta trip though
Ten thousand dollars, that ain’t shit, I gave him that times three though
[Chorus]
Through the night when it be stormin’
Hopin’ everything could clear up by the morning
Niggas tellin’ lies so I gotta be honest
Ask me for the Tellage, you know that I’ma run it
Turned up like you want it, we pulled up on that dumb shit
Flexin’ on these niggas, pockets full of blue hundreds
Ain’t no goin’ back, you know I’m gon’ keep it comin’
Ain’t no time to wait, so nigga play, we gon’ burn him
[Verse 2]
Can’t tote no gun but got that Glock when I’m up in the yo’ though
Plus my PO and the police knockin’ at my door though
I get creative, lace the track just like a blunt of dope though
I told Nini I’m comin’ back, she think I’m with a hoe though
Hundred grand in my pocket when I wanna flex
Back in the day them niggas laughed when I said I’m next
Up with the choppa ‘case that boy try reach for my neck
You know how I pop, fuck that shit, I put his ass to rest
[Chorus]
Turned up like you want it, we pulled up on that dumb shit
Flexin’ on these niggas, pockets full of blue hundreds
Ain’t no goin’ back, you know I’m gon’ keep it comin’
Ain’t no time to wait, so nigga play, we gon’ burn him

Put your fingers in the air, get a real gun
Heard you got a bitch nigga, get a real one
